Shop opens up at 9am. Waiting since 9am to get in and in a rush to catch a bus at the nereby stop. Someone comes to door at 7 minutes past and denies myself entry as they need “another 5 mins”. Poor service

I appreciate you can't guarantee a puzzle has all it's pieces but why is there a sticker saying it is complete to the best of your knowledge when inside it has a note saying there are missing pieces? This is the second time in a week this has happened...

I'm extremely disappointed. I used to go here often, and have donated several bags of items here. Walking past today, my partner and I saw a lot of instruments in the window. We have a lot of experience with instruments (partner was part of an international orchestra, and we have a small collection of niche instruments), and we saw a Mandolin. She had wanted one for a while, so we went in to look at its quality. My partner made a mistake by touching something, which had a sign out of eye sight (she's short), asking people to ask staff first. A volunteer yelled from across the shop, very rudely "get out of the window!". While this was very rude and made us both jump, we understand that people unable to be in retail environments work in charity shops for experience/as an alternative. She rushed across the store, and took the instrument from my partner, immediately going "so youre buying this?" When my partner said she was looking at its quality, the woman rushed the instrument back, bashing it against the wall... for 10 mins after that, she stood by the window, arms crossed, warching us throught the shop. The manager came out, and they both had a moan in front of us, about "why can't people read", laughing at customer incompetence. I didn't feel right supporting this, especially since they kept piling on the complaints. A simple mistake became several minutes of judgements.

Very rude staff. Made me cry. I usually love this shop, and most of the volunteers here are great at making a friendly atmosphere. Today, however, I was excited to see some instruments in the window. I rushed in to have a closer look at them, and didn't notice a sign (above eye height) saying not to touch them. I had picked up an item I was interested in when a volunteer shouted across the shop at me. She rushed over to me, was quite rude about it. I apologised, as I genuinely hadn't seen the sign, and gave the instrument back to her (which she proceeded to bash against the wall accidently in her haste). I tried to get on with my shopping in there even though I wanted to cry from how much of a scene had been created. I then heard the volunteer and who I presume to be the manager (short blonde curly hair) saying "people can't read" in view of me. I will no longer be a customer of this shop while this staff member is there. This is not the first time I have seen this staff member being rude either.
