   Engineer came out as scheduled and confirmed a valve is leaking. He called in while he was here to tell the office the issue and said I should expect a call later that day from Stephen to confirm the price for the part and fix. It’s been more than a day and I’m still waiting. Chased this morning to be told they had only got the engineers papers from the day before? Despite me hearing the engineer calling in the issue yesterday. Have used Boiler Rapid Repair for years in our last house for servicing and this is the first time I’ve been let down by their service. Have added the email I received from the ‘very friendly’ team lead Aaron. My review 100% reflects my opinion of the service from Boiler Rapid Repair to a genuine Leak in my boiler (not a minor issue) during a very cold part of winter and their lack of any response or updates to me. NOT because of their supplier issues.

   Boiler was short cycling and not firing up properly. They thought at first it could be an issue with the control board or photocell which could have cost about £200, but when Geoff came out within 2 days, he had a look and said it just needed a service - 2 small parts needed replaced (nozzle and a pipe), and he just cleaned the rest and adjusted airflow etc... working great and cost only £83. Certified now for a year. He never stopped working, performed loads of tests, very quick. They could have replaced all of the above and I would have been none the wiser tbh. Paid by card immediately with remote card reader, received receipt straight away. He also showed me photos of all the work that was carried out and made a couple of handy recommendations. Definitely recommend and will use again.

   Absolutely top rate service from this company, which had been highly recommended to us by a member of our family. First class customer service from Aaron and highly efficient and meticulous work carried out on our oil boiler and water cylinder by Troy. Safety is clearly of paramount importance to this company. Troy took great care with our fixtures and fittings, wiped his feet on the way in and left the place spotless. Very competitive pricing too. What a pleasure to deal with such polite and friendly guys! Highly recommended.

   Brilliant company. We have been using them for 3 years now. Stevie, Aaron and Jeff are polite and they provide a professional service which is prompt. Their advice is always spot on. It is easy to get through to them on the phone and get an appointment for an engineer to visit. Would highly recommend this company.

   Booked a week in advance for a cooker to be disconnected and then reinstalled with one of the plumbers, was assigned Jeff and told he would attend my property between 9am-12 on the agreed date. Jeff did not show nor did this company call, text or email me to cancel. Continually rang them to find out what was going on, thephones rang off, no one answered. Completely unprofessional service and company. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. PATHETIC Service and they call themselves a business.

   Very helpful staff on the phone who once he heard of my plight was able to get an engineer to me within half an hour. The engineer was friendly and very helpful giving advice on what to do should the problem arise again. I can highly recommend the staff and service provided.
