This shop is awsome it is like cex but 10x better, very nice cashier, or fixer or the man at the till was very nice, very good and fast service so great shop couldn't be better!!!!!!!

Would definitely recommend tech guys! Customer service was amazing. My 83year old father’s Samsung tablet wouldn’t work properly and they fixed it within minutes and didn’t charge me. Probably something simple but for those of us not tech savvy saved the day ☺️

Left my gaming rig in which was dead for 2 years, after 2 weeks came back in perfect working condition. Didn't get a call back for a quote but the fix was very inexpensive for the work completed and I was more than happy to pay. Would definitely recommend and will return for future tech repairs!
Best repair shop in town, got my macbook battery replaced here and they did a stellar job! Much cheaper than Apple and absolutely amazing customer service, compared, too!
I took my PC parts to this store a couple of years ago and it was the worst mistake I've ever made. The parts were worth £1500 and the guy didn't even have enough sense to properly mount the CPU cooler causing my CPU to overheat for well over a year now. He used the wrong mounting bracket and the cooler isn't even touching the CPU which has caused temps of 100 degrees Celsius (practically killing my £250 CPU). I just took it to a well reviewed PC store in the East thinking maybe it needed thermal paste reapplied and they instantly figured out that it was the wrong bracket. It's bad enough my elderly family member went in to the store last year because his PC was running slow and they tried to say he needed an entirely new SSD, clearly taking advantage of him. When the PC was so outdated it wouldn't have mattered given how bad the CPU/ram was. This is the first bad review I've ever left anywhere but it's well deserved. Absolutely disgraceful I'll never go to them again.
Honestly folks, best service about!! My ps5 hdmi port needed replaced every one told me 2 days these guys where not only cheaper but they had it in and out in an hour!! Great customer service! 10/10
