   Rang this place first as dyson 10 animal was not working (motor pulsing) left message but then rang other dyson repair place where I was told I needed new battery. They didn’t try to sell battery thankfully but told me to buy from dyson. On way home to do just that and person from here rang. Told me it sounded like filter I went to shop, he put in new filter - problem solved. 30.00 instead of 125.00 (plus I would still have needed new filter. Thanks very much

   Brilliant service. Phoned at 10am to ask about getting my dead Dyson fixed. It's now 1.30pm & it's been resurrected with a new motor and filter and I didn't even have to leave the house! Less than half the price of a new machine.
