   Suppose to see my car today for a diagnostic, text the company on Sunday, they replied very sharp, and said they could fit me in on Monday afternoon, that was great, Monday afternoon came, I text them to remind them, they read the message and never replied to confirm appointment, disappointed, 2 stars for quick response to arrange appointment, but never showed up

   Booked him in for a repair I also called earlier in the same week to confirm his arrival. On the day itself I had no contact from him even after multiple attempts to get in touch when I finally got in touch with him he still couldn’t give me an arrival time. I waited till 16:50 then cancelled and book someone else, what a waste of my time

   Fabulous service from skilled, knowledgeable & competent Andrew at RSM. Quick also - first contacted him around 10am Monday and work completed 3.30pm Tuesday - and very fairly priced. He unlocked a rear wheel seized by a broken calliper-sensor motor unit. Highly recommended.

   Great service. Andrew came to the house as my ancient wee car wouldn’t start at all and I was worried it might be the end of the road! But he spent time diagnosing the problem and managed to fix the problem. Very grateful to him and would definitely recommend.

   First time using RSM Mobile Mechanics experience from start to finish was first class really impressed on how easy it was dealing with them. Got front discs, pads and drop links fitted to my car was given prices in advance so I knew exactly what the cost would be for repairs and job was completed and car back to me within a couple of hours. Would definitely recommend RSM to anyone that wants a reliable mechanic that is very professional and easy to deal with if looking car repairs.

   Outstanding service! Having previously been left with a job half done from another local mechanics I contacted RSM no bother he came put did the work and was very professional. I believe customer service goes a long way in my eyes not only are you getting a great mechanic your getting a decent approachable bloke that isn't out to get the arm into you! Can't recommend highly enough!
