   I had an excellent experience. It was easy to book someone (Phillip who was awesome) to come out and sort my faulty shower drain. During my initial phone call and during the repair process I was kept informed and so I was able to make decisions about what was needed. Also I was informed about the price to go with said work before it was done which meant I didn't get any expensive surprises which was awesome. I also got info about looking after my drain with proper cleaning stuff. Very good service and I will use again if I need to.

   Excellent service! We are a business in central Belfast and discovered our gents toilet cistern was leaking, and also into the floor below. One call, a bit of info, and the fella was here in 15 mins. Found the problem, fixed it, all sorted. Its not cheap for any emergency tradesperson, but as far as we're concerned its better to pay emergency call out rate, than wait, and have an issue x100 worse the next day. Highly recommended! Thanks again!!

   Radiator was leaking in my kitchen below the floor and could have been a costly job involving lifting tiles and floorboards- the guys did an excellent job and avoided me having to do any additional repairs to the flooring saving me a lot of work and money - speedy response and very professional - highly recommended

   Avoid unless desperate. Initial call was for a leak, for which we were very thankful, unfortunately he didn't have the parts to completely stop the leak and promised to come back to repair. Initially very please we asked him to add a stop valve to one of our other sinks as well as completing the previous job. After saying 180 for the job, we were handed an invoice for 180 * 2, plus VAT. This work was for my elderly parents, who didn't have it in them to argue it out so they paid the invoice. This guy spent maybe 15 minutes in the house doing all this work. When I came around to check - 1. No stop valve fitted 2. Additional leak magically appeared and has ruined kitchen flooring, from behind the sink 3. One of the sinks completely disconnected from the supply pipes and capped If you are desperate and decide to call this guy, my advice would be to clarify everything up front, in writing and check the workmanship before paying. EDIT: I have an invoice from this guy and his reply says it all, threatening legal action and calling my review fraudulent - lame... PS. My review echoes what others have already say here.

   Fantastic service from two very knowledgeable and friendly plumbers who were able to rectify an issue with a poorly-installed toilet - they explained the issue clearly, in addition to the fix, and left my bathroom clean and tidy afterwards. Service was very quick too, both in terms of callout (with the repair being carried out the morning after a late evening call) and the work itself. Would be more than happy to use as first preference again in the future.
