   I would highly recommend this company. Neil and Brian were very thorough and professional. They had to cut through my wooden floor (which had worried me) but they did this in such a way that I can barely notice the cut. They kept me fully informed during the work and cleaned up after themselves. They kept working the whole time and I am really delighted with the result. I have no hesitation in recommending this company.

   We discovered that our central heating expansion tank was continually filling, but not overflowing, when the heating system was off. Also, our radiators needed bled frequently. We knew this large amount of water had to be going somewhere but despite crawling round the attic and floors, listening, smelling and feeling, there was no trace of it. A plumber suggested calling in a leak detection company. We were not aware that such services existed and turned to the internet to investigate. We found that there were a few companies offering this service in NI. Based on reviews we chose this company and were not disappointed. From start to finish they provided a professional and friendly service. Using their specialist equipment and expertise a leak was found under the thick concrete floor of a carpeted bedroom. It was found and fixed in one morning with minimal disruption to our home, just 2 small holes in the concrete floor.Thankfully there was no water damage as the water had drained below the house and the holes were easily filled up later. Thank you Brian, Neil and Vicky. We would never have found the leak on our own and it’s such a relief not to hear the tank filling in the middle of the night.

   This review is for Leak Detection Services NI The leak in question was for loss of water in central heating pipes and being without heating and hot water, it was important that the repair was completed as soon as possible. Neil did the original leak detection throughout the property and traced the leak between the property and the garage and discovered damage to the pipes by tree roots. In a subsequent follow up, both Neil and Brian repaired the damaged leaking central pipes and the job was completed within a day. Unfortunately the repair work disturbed existing boiler central heating pipes and these started leaking but were subsequently repaired. I can honestly say that both Neil and Brian were professional, explained what was required and in some ways went beyond their remit. I do not generally do reviews, but in this case because of the service received from Neill, Brian and Vicky I felt it was only proper that they deserved recognition.

   Brilliant experience using these guys. Long story short, we experienced a massive leak in our heating pipework that we couldn't find, so, out of desperation, I called Leak Detection Services NI based on their reviews. Neil immediately put me at ease with his professional and friendly demeanour, and within a few days, the leak was traced (to an old back boiler) and fixed. The Standard of work was exemplary, with all damage (necessary to access hidden pipes, etc.) kept to a minimum and done in a way that made it easy and cost-effective to repair. With young kids in the house, the prospect of not having heating or hot water was a big concern, and we were really stressed about it, but Neil and his team made the whole process a breeze. He even recommended someone to help sort the insurance, who also turned out to be a lifesaver (that's another story together!). So, yes, I highly recommend these guys. Don't hesitate calling them. I genuinely have no idea what we would've done without them.
