   First time in this shop as I rung before hand too get few links out of my watch a gentleman told me kindly that they do remove links out of watches on site which was great as I didn’t want too have too travel up too Belfast. Gentleman was very nice and very helpful in taking the links out much appreciated my watch fits great thanks again ❤️

   Horrible experience in the shop today due to the male employee being very patronising. I purchased as I needed something quickly. Scoffed when I asked if my Guess bracelet came with a box and bag. It did come with a bag ..one similar to that from poundland. I will most definitely not be back. Highly unprofessional

   Got a rose gold mesh buckle bracelet, 1st time I wore it the mesh at the side of the strap loosened and the strap couldn’t feed through the buckle to enable me to remove it. It had to be cut off. Emailed the shop & no reply at all. Very disappointed in their after sales customer service.

   Very disappointed in this shop. Went in to buy charms for a Buckle bracelet had very little to choose from. The female member of staff who served me wasn't interested in me at all! No one else in shop so she wasn't busy gave me the charms in their cellophane bags but couldn't provide me with a bag as they didn't have any I had to put them in my purse incase I lost them. I won't be back plenty of other places that sell these charms and would be glad of my custom. Note to owner get rid of your unpleasant female staff!!
