   Went in looking for ideas for wedding bands for myself and my partner, all staff were so friendly, helpful and kind. Shannon was especially good, she offered us drinks and gave us plenty time to look at all the different designs with no pressure at all. She emailed us our choices so we had time to think over it, and told us about ordering later on. They all. even gave us recommendations for places for dinner that evening which was so helpful, we left feeling that it was a lovely special appointment, thank you all (especially Shannon)x

   We had such a great experience here, Shannon helped us out when we were there to pick our engagement ring. She was so informative and we had such a great time chatting to her, she didn't try to sell us anything, instead just helped us make sure we made the right decision for us. Leah and Ciara were there today when we went to pick it up and again they made the experience so exciting and enjoyable, and we left feeling like they genuinely cared about our choice. Overall we had a great time with Austen & Blake Belfast and we'll definitely be going to them for our wedding rings too. Would recommend them to anyone!

   Holly greeted us with a warm welcome offered us both a soft drink or glass of bubbly. Holly listened to excitedly what we wanted and showed us different rings until we found the perfect ring. Holly had fantastic patience and explained any questions we had. Because of our experience with Holly our mind was mind up 5minutes after leaving the store we went back to purchase my dream ring.    Went into Austen & Blake as it had been recommended to us by friends who recently got their engagement ring from them. Was served by Shannon who welcomed us with champagne and chocolates. We had a bespoke ring designed from scratch with gemstones that no other jeweller could source for us and the prices were probably the most competitive in Belfast! Communication was second to none & I would highly highly recommend them to anyone!

   I am genuinely happy to say that Ciara and team where able to provide me with the best possible ring that my fiance could ask for. They where impeccable with their timing, even delivering it a few days before the actual date that i was meant to collect it. I was able to give the perfect ring, thanks to all the help from the people at Austen and Blake. All I had to show was a video of the ring that I wanted and they created the mirror image of the ring which was amazing! I would highly recommend their service and I am sure that you will not be disappointed!

   I recently purchased an engagement ring for my now fiancée from A&B and could not have been looked after any better than I was! From the fine detail of the ring, the knowledge from the staff, and the great correspondence that came with it when it came to things such as added details, pricing, finance etc. And the fact the rings are made to order adds that extra special touch. My fiancée and I were able to come to collect the ring together and were both very well looked after then too. Overall the whole process from start to finish was fantastic, would massively recommend!

   Lovely experience overall. A beautiful store and the staff are so nice and really helpful, they made us feel completely at ease. Only place I have found in Belfast to specialise in lab diamonds, they have so many options and you can create your own custom ring! Definitely recommend to anyone looking for something special.
