Simon installed semi air suspension in our Motorhome. He did what we agreed, when we agreed, with no hassle or drama. A pleasure to do business with, and we will definitely be using him in the future.

Was in Belfast earlier in the day and decided to call into Leisure Technical Solutions for some advice on a camper build I’m working on. Was met at the front door by the worst mannered salesman I’ve ever met. Told me he was closing up early because he was fed up listening to Campervan owners all week! This was 3.00. Asked him for some advice and he replied in a condescending tone. I left along with my friend shocked at how anyone could run a business with an attitude like that. Very disappointed.

Had contacted Simon about a fridge fault he had said I have the part you require in stock and booked me in for two the following Friday week for fitting, I called the day before to confirm and he had sold my part and then informed me he was unable to locate another but if I come up he would be able to do a repair that might work (7 hour round trip) so on arrival he informed me that there was nothing he could do without the part that he sold a day or two previously. So so disappointed
I always use Simon and the team at Leisure Technical Solutions for all my motorhome work and requirements I have always found them to be very honest and professional with all the work they have carried out for me and I have always found them to be very helpful and will give you great advice on any potential works you might be planning for your van, i have even contacted Simon from abroad for some advise on a recent installation and found they always have time for their customer's... anyone can sell you anything but its customer care that make a good business great!
