   I entered the store just for some tablets. My daughter was very tired and threw a tantrum in store so my husband took her outside. A member of staff referred to her as "that". I walked out and won't be using that store again

   Long, long, lonnnnnggg waits in queue for picking up from pharmacy. Chairs or stools to sit on while waiting would help a lot. But helpful staff, just overstretched. Please will you put your lunch closing times for the pharmacy section online in the opening info?

   Changed to Boots from the other pharmacy in Paignton. What a difference. I collected my repeat prescription & the pharmacist checked because of a new drug. She was lovely and friendly and gave me some advice on a nasal problem I had. Friendly, professional and approachable, everything a normal person needs. Thoroughly recommend this branch. People moan their prescriptions aren't ready. There is a notice saying how long it takes. I also received a text saying my script was ready, and it was.

   This is another time, we can't get prescribed medicines in at least 48h after prescription has been sent to pharmacy. Last time staff asked to come back 4 times during 3 days. Today we waiting again second day, staff asked to come back tomorrow. Wasting time of patients.

   Rude, unhelpful older lady working behind the pharmacy. Very judgemental and patronising when I asked for advice on medication for my child. As I left she then felt the need to laugh loudly. Will never shop in that branch again!

   I had my annual flu jab at Boots in Paignton yesterday. Phoned them on Sunday, made the appointment for Monday, turned up and had the jab immediately. Couldn't have been easier, plus the staff were lovely: helpful, courteous and kind. I will definitely be going back there for my next jab!

   Generally a good store, but the pharmacy does not seem to carry much stock and customers frequently have to return the following day to complete a prescription. On one occasion they told me that they could not supply an item that had been prescribed for me because their supplier was out of stock. I took my prescription to a nearby pharmacy who had it in stock. The staff at Boots however have always been friendly and helpful.
