Honestly great customer service. Had trouble with an S20+ but unfortunately I was pass the warranty period. Lewis was so kind and thoughtful and really went out of his way to try and help including offering discounts where he could. Though the situation was out of his control, he made every effort to rectify it. Thank you, Lewis.
I needed to pay a vets bill that day as my dog had a seed buried in his paw and needed some quick cash for the operation he was having that day, it's typical he gets injured before paydays, so after talking with Lewis on the phone and sending them pictures of the Festool tool i had, also with what amount I needed to cover the rest of the vets bill, they said yes I could get the X amount needed but as it's a tool it's on a buy back not a loan. So I sell the tool to them for X (what I needed) and then buy it back off them within 28 days with their interest added, there was no point borrowing the full amount I could for the tool as it just means more interest I would have to pay in the end. All fair and happy knowing it would only be a few days before i was paid, popped in there later that morning to go through the process of documents, ID'S etc and understanding the terms and conditions etc. Very easy process and Lewis made everything reassuring and relaxed as it was the first time iv ever had to do anything like this and felt a little apprehensive. Walked in with the tool, walked out with the cash, later that day paying the full amount for the vet and a better dog to fuss over! 2 days later I walk back in with the paperwork, altho I didn't need it as my pictures on their system (another reassuring thing! so no one can pick up my paperwork and try to buy my tool back knowing the value of it and what they could really sell it for, its only me who could get it!) Spoke with Lewis again and after paying back the amount I sold it for and their interest on top I had my tool and thanked him for getting me out of a pickle with no issue. All in all I would definitely do it again if I needed the quick cash as an emergency, again knowing the interest isn't that bad. If you had a high value tool that you didn't want to permanently sell to another person as you used it a lot, then this is an option.

Bought a radio, arrived well packed, sadly missing the acc's, quick call and a refund was made, Then next day the missing items arrived special delivery. I would say that was pretty good service and credit is due to the staff

Always polite and welcoming. I prefer to use these guys and gals in Eastleigh rather and CEX to be honest. Always up for a laugh and always great service. Fair prices for selling too as well. I also have bought a lot there and never had a problem. Recommended place to go for electricals.
