   Been coming to Underground tattoos Watford now for many years One of my first tattoos and piercings was from here But over the last few months, iv had abit of a piercing overload but Everytime I’ve walked in, it’s been clean professional and always given great advice even when I’ve wanted piercings that would reject they’ve always been honest iv had quite a few piercings by the amazing Ellen and one recently done by Amy The girls have always made me feel welcome and very professional and chatty. I wouldn’t recommend anywhere else but underground Watford Even when I’ve had some problems with my back dermals Ellen has always given great advice and helped me they really are all a lovely bunch and make me feel very relaxed when i come in thank you, girls and the Underground Watford team

   I've been a loyal customer of Underground Tattoos. I started when I was 17, and I'm now 27. In that time, I’ve had 20+ piercings done here, and I wouldn't go anywhere else. Any time I’ve had concerns or issues, even if something wasn’t quite right due to a newer staff member learning, the team has always been quick to offer advice or fix things without hesitation. The staff over the years have consistently been welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely lovely. Their professionalism and care are why I keep coming back, I have also brought some of my friends here to get their piercings too. From the moment you walk through the door, the environment is clean and welcoming, and the staff are friendly. The team consistently creates a safe and comfortable atmosphere, which is so important when you're getting something as personal as a piercing. Whether you're a first timer or someone with a collection, they treat every client with the same care and respect. They take the time to explain each step of the process, aftercare instructions, and are always happy to answer any questions. Underground Tattoo is a studio you can trust, and I recommend them highly!

   I've been coming to this place for almost 2 years and thought it was about time I wrote a review. I've had all my piercings done here (except my firsts done) mainly done by Erin who is really lovely. The people there are so welcoming and I love the atmosphere in the shop. If you have a phobia of needles like me, they will always comfort you and explain every step to you and wait till you're ready. I've recommended it to a few friends and family and they've also thought the same. The prices are really good too. I've seen some places where they charge for ear piercings for around £45, this place does them for affordable prices. I even found the tattoos are very good prices too. I got my first tattoo done here by Hobbs and just got more done a few weeks ago. They're healing so well, he did them exactly how I wanted them to come out. They will check if you need any breaks or water and make sure you're comfortable. I know that is how it should be but I've been to places with friends that don't always check up on you. I also find that I could have any easy-going conversation, I can be socially-awkward at times but I've never felt that here before. I'll definitely be back for some more tattoos and piercings again soon :)

   Jamie and Amy were amazing!! So helpful with any questions i had. Jamie was warm and welcoming at reception and gave me a great quote on a tattoo i requested. Amy was so bubbly yet professional with my piercings, and worked around me for where i specifically wanted my piercing! I have been going to this shop for over 3 yeas now, the staff and what the shop offers has never failed to disappoint me

   An amazing place to go. The atmosphere is calming. The suite is extremely clean and the staff are incredible friendly. I’ve been undergoing laser tattoo removal with positive effects and would highly recommend if you were thinking of having your tattoo removed. Erin who focuses on the removal of tattoos is very knowledgeable, honest, courteous and very professional. She makes people feel very comfortable and would highly recommend her and her team.    Highly recommend both for piercings and tattoos. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Jamie was incredibly helpful and went the extra mile to ensure I was happy. A minor issue I experienced was handled promptly, compassionately, and to a high level. It was an absolute pleasure working with Hobbs. He was accommodating and patient when working through my tattoo design, and it turned out beautifully. I'm absolutely in love with it!
