   I had three piercings and my cousion did her nose. Sara and Moon was so supportive and comforting as holding Sara hand got me through it. Second time coming and will be back for a the next one.    If I could give lower I would. Super trash people who do nails. Watching their show while they did my nails on his phone. Which is fine whatever but then i told him he forgot to put top coat on ONE of my nails and he kicked up a fuss. Fought with me for almost 10 mins before. I said it’s okay its a mistake it can happen with anyone. Said it politely but he refused to believe me and continued to just keep fighting. I told him it’s on ONE. Nail why would i lie to you? Bearing in mine they take money before so it’s not like im going to just up and leave. Anyway such trash service i’ve been here before and decided never to come back for this very reason but it’s been a few years since. ANYWAY avoid because they dont do a very good job with the nails anyway.

   Customer service is okay but I would not recommend getting a spa pedicure from here as it only has one chair. The prices are are not the same as stated on their flyer. Be caution not to get a spa pedicure. Even a standard pedicure they do not wash your feet. You get charged to take off your colour and you will pay £25 basically to just have nail paint put on you. Not worth it! The space is very small also. Would only recommend only hand nails to be done. They do not specialise in feet pedicures. Poor quality service since new management The handling of my feet was very aggressive also . Very uncalled for and unprofessional

   Nail art finish is good, but the guy was in a rush i asked for coffin shaped nails, but they look long square. I was on a timer to select shade in seconds. When you spend so much you need satisfaction. He just wanted to wind up.

   I have been having my nails done here for years and I have to say this is the best place ever. I am very fussy about my nails and the man here knows how I like them when I go. There very friendly here as Well which is always a good thing as some places can be horrible. Keep up the great work guys
