   Very unfortunate situation with with one of the artists. Venue seems clean, appears that theres a broad range of artists covering many styles. My experience ended prematurely when after providing a handful of references and stating which one I'd prefer, he instead slightly altered the one reference that was AI generated. Considering I wanted a full sleeve and offered to pay upfront for multiple sessions, I didn't think it was a big ask to get an original design done but he said he had many clients and projects and made me feel like an inconvenience. I tried to de-escalate and suggest we'd miscommunicated as I was more than willing to compromise and push the date out for months to get a piece I was happy with. Sadly he "apologized" by saying: "I'm sorry if you have taken anything the wrong way here" instead of inviting me back in to have a conversation about the £2000~ tattoo. Perhaps I'm put of touch but surely an artist understands that trying to steamroll a customer into realism when they want more illustrated and that they'd be expected to draw an original design for an expensive tattoo isn't ok? If the owner wants to reach out and have a chat I'm more than happy to alter this or take it down. Ultimately the artist just seems inexperienced with customer relations and no personal slight meant to anyone. Edit: * -> *** due to a great response from the owner. While I have since found an artist for my tattoo, had I not the offer would've been appreciated and likely accepted.

   I reached out to this studio with genuine interest in getting a tattoo and provided the details they requested. I was told I’d receive a call back, but never heard from them again. I followed their process and waited patiently, but the lack of communication was disappointing. Even a simple “we’re not able to take this on” would have been appreciated. Professionalism isn’t just about the art — it’s also about how you treat potential clients.

   All the staff were so great putting my little girl (7) at ease with her decision to get her ears pierced. Kelly and her colleague were so professional and they expertly pierced both ears at exactly the same time, meaning my daughter only had to be brave once. The needle piercing means the earrings can have completely flat backs, so much more comfortable than the gun piercing studs! Daughter is very happy, highly recommend.

   Kelly is absolutely amazing. She gave me an industrial piercing on my right ear and ran through all the aftercare with me and took her time to make me feel comfortable and prepared for the piercing itself. She gave me a card to contact her on for future piercings and any advice on the piercing I was given by her. She was so kind, understanding and considerate. I get a bit of anxiety going to new places and I felt relaxed in a matter of minutes. Her and her colleague also gave me advice on my tunnels which was great too. Amazing studio, very clean and lovely decor. 10/10. Any future piercings - I'm definitely coming here.

   Kelly is such a professional. This was our second visit with Kelly having such a positive experience previous. My kid and I had such a fab time with Kelly. We had a good laugh whilst having thirds, lower cartilage and two tragus pierced. Kelly is so smooth and precise with her piercing and her studio is spotless.

   Was tattooed by Makena who is a amazing and kind person. She designed my tattoo exactly how I wanted, took time to make sure I was OK during the session. This tattoo had huge meaning and I'm glad I choose Makena to do it. I will be back for my next tattoo soon. Highly recommend going here for a tattoo. The salon is clean and specious and always a warm atmosphere when you walk in.

   The experience was so great, lovely staff that made you feel welcome. I went in without booking and wanted my second and third lobe done. I had a lovely lady called Emily, she was so kind and helpful, she always made sure I was feeling ok after each piercing I had (because I have vertigo I get dizzy easily) and she was very easy to talk to. The inside of the building was very sanitary and laid out well and everything was all new and done properly. Definitely recommend to anyone wanting a piercing or tattoo.
