Avril is an absolute star. We lost our baby boy in November and requested a fresh wreath and an artificial display that we could keep after the funeral. The fresh wreath we asked for was beautifully put together - I had picked flowers with meaning without fully thinking through how the colours could clash and yet Avril made them look like they belonged together. The artificial rendering of our baby's toy duckie was just perfect, I was genuinely in awe of how much it looked like the real thing. Avril even ensured that we had the ability to hang it up at home after the funeral by adding attachments to the back.
