Very disappointed with the anniversary flowers. Ordering and delivery was fine. I expected a little more for the money spent. No flower food was supplied. After a few days they were looking very wilted. After 7 they looked dreadful. The website advises that if they don't look gorgeous for 7 days they'll put it right. I called and was told they would last 5-7 days. I was offered some more to be sent out but it sounded like it was all too much of an effort, like I was being unreasonable. I will look elsewhere next time.
Great service! Very easy to communicate with from Australia. Always happy to help and make sure an order for sympathy flowers were exactly what was wanted. I really appreciated being notified regularly on delivery day, seeing a photo of the flowers completed ready to go out and a photo on arrival at address. Will definitely purchase flowers again in the future. Amazing team :)

Terrible, terrible customer service!! Really poor attitude from the staff! My 83 year old nan tried to order a selection of funeral flowers and the young lady really couldn’t be bothered to help her at all. Just told her that it’s all online and to go and look there and wouldn’t help her. What a way to run a business in a town with lots of elderly people. Luckily she went on to another florists that were friendly and helpful.
Beautiful arrangement of a funeral wreath and garland. It was exactly as specified and then some! Intricate detailing in the natural style and colours we asked for. It was perfect. Many, many thanks.
The Albany Florist team work miracles. After just a quick call about a last-minute wedding and a frazzled bride and groom who didn't really know what they wanted, the team created some stunningly beautiful bouquets and button holes that brought so much colour and joy to a perfect day. The team was so incredibly professional with excellent advice just a phone call away.
