I had a great piercing experience with Amy. She was professional, calming, and reassuring. Amy's knowledge of after care was really useful as I've not had a piercing for a very long time. I'll be back for my check-up and new jewellery in 6 weeks! ☆☆☆☆☆ It's definitely a 5-star experience!
Gayle took on creating a memorial tattoo for my dad and I love what she designed! Really relaxed atmosphere, great (perfectly timed) cuppas and Gayle is a super talented artist. She was able to make adjustments to the design and we were still done well in time. Really enjoyed the whole experience and love the tribute to my dad so much thank you ☺️
Honestly I'm so over the moon with my tattoo. It was my first tattoo and wow Mark was a good laugh and made me feel so comfortable and the pain wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. He was very gentle and we finished before my time. You can see his stamp in this. I see the fuss behind tattoo. Already want another. Recommend recommend.

This was my first time coming to this shop I originally have 2 large hand tattoos and some smaller tattoos. I wanted a cover up on my hand tattoo which brought me sadness and despair as it reminded me of terrible time I was in. Being nervous and worried my tensions was put done exceptionally well by Mark and his team he reassured me, took my measurement and assisted in the after care of my tattoo. My cover up was done to the highest professional standard, his personality was wonderful and he kept me in a well calm mood and had wonderful conversations to ease my mind. The overall job of this tattoo was amazing I couldn’t be more happier and comfortable with this job. The price of his work really matches the quality of his work which is amazingly well. I will happily come back to this shop for more work in the near future as of now I’m a very happy and satisfied customer thank you so much to Mark and to the rest of the team at Steel Point.
I had my first tattoo done this morning by a really kind gentleman… he was so comforting and really made me feel ease to get started as im not great with pain tolerance…. He did exactly what i wanted and i couldnt have asked for better! Would highly highly recommend this place! Amazing experience first time and first tat! X
Great tattoo place. They are so professional and they ask you to come back for a check up in a few weeks to check the tattoo. Can’t recommend steelpoint enough. I want to personally thanks Mark and Gayle for making my experience absolutely great. Will definitely go back there again.
