Had a great time here with our grandson and his parents. Staff were welcoming and very helpful. Lots to do, swing pool, river rapids, slides. Very clean and well presented.

We went to a toddler session, it was great, our son loved the lazy river and all the water jets etc, plus little slides and flume. Huge family changing area (bring 20p coins) too. Loses a mark as there is quite a bit of chewing gum stuck to the floors of the swimming pool areas - this really needs to be cleaned off and bins provided.

Excellent Leisure plex. We used the Leisure slides loads of fun for all ages. The inflatables were being set up when we were leaving but looked like great fun too

First time at the Leisureplex in around 8 years, and still lots of fun. Youngest daughter loved all of the slides, aside from getting stuck in one and being unceremoniously dumped out of her tube - no harm done (other than pride hurt) and she had a blast. Plenty of changing rooms and the family changing rooms, although a tad small for a family of 4 (or more), were clean and adequate. Slides, water park area for the young ones, jacuzzi, seated bubble area, and of course, the flowing river. Great time had effortlessly floating around and around! Dining at Sinnamon Coffee - staff were very friendly and the dining/seating area was clean, food was tasty, freshly made and hot! Great way to keep the children entertained for a couple of hours.

It is a great place to spend a few hours with the family. There are water activities for all levels of swimming. It is well staffed with life guards, and although it is usually busy, there is enough room for e everyone. We booked online, so there was no problem getting in. The sessions last for about an hour and a half. Good fun!

The place is rundown and overcrowded especially the leisure pool. Most of the staff are completely uninterested and the online booking often doesn't work. Despite 3 or 4 staff normally present at reception in the couple of dozen times on a number of occasions I've tried ringing NOT ONCE have they answered the phone. Often cutting it off when it begins to annoy them

The only easy access swimming pool Post Covid in Northern Ireland and itβs still an online registered booking, time restricted and limited in a different city.. away. Book in advance! When you do get in, itβs actually over crowded with no restrictions whatsoever. Youβre practically unable to get a ring for the slides in your 45 minutes (which includes finding free cubicles and lockers and undressing) and having to queue half your time away for the non ring slides too with 50+ other people, while the main pool itself is also just overcrowded 100+ with people moving in an anti clockwise tide of stray arms and legs.

Absolutely FILTHY! We are here every week for the kids swimming lessons. Sitting in the viewing gallery we see the same snotters, coffee stains and other dirt on the white tiles from one week to the next, the floors are also really dirty. When it comes to the changing rooms the same applies. The walls and ceilings in the cubicles haven't been cleaned in many many months. In an era when hospitals are under pressure, I would have thought public buildings would have been making more of an effort to keep the bugs at bay. The place really needs a proper deep clean. The cafe doesn't offer much in the way of healthy food, options are very limited and most come with chips... which is just plain weird in a health facility. The 2 swim schools that are there on Sundays run their half hour lessons to the same schedule meaning that the changing cubicles and showers are absolutely bunged every half hour, but empty between times. Surely one school could stagger their times to quarter past and quarter to the hour. I'm only awarding the 2 stars as the kids enjoy the fun pool.

Good spot with the slides, lazy river and the kids water play area! Itβs great for the older and younger ones. Always a fun time here ! Make sure to book in advance to get spaces as itβs popular. I Definitely recommend here
