Would trust her with any piercing, the best you can find around. So knowledgeable about aftercare an and very professional, makes the process so easy and quick. They will only tell you what’s right for you individually. I’ve had 5 piercings done here already and I’ll probably get more! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Got two back dermals done here about a year and a half ago, one started really hurting after around a month. I came in to ask for a checkup and was told everything looked perfectly fine. The pain worsened and I came back to ask for another checkup but was told the piercer wasn’t in despite the fact I could hear her voice. I accepted it and came back another week but was told the same thing that she wasn’t there but I could clearly hear her voice. The same thing continued for several weeks until the pain became unbearable and I had to go to a different shop where I was told my dermal would need to be removed immediately. Very bad experience, and also had a friend go through something similar with her nipple piercings done here too. Do not recommend for serious piercings, maybe ear piercings will be fine.

I have been here previously to get two cartilage piercings and they have healed brilliantly. Went again today and had a very smooth piercing experience- I felt very comfortable and the lady was lovely. Everything was pristine and clearly sanitised. Well definitely go again in the future. Lovely ladies, my tattoo experience was made very comfortable. They were very friendly and put me at ease. They listened to all my desires for my tattoo and gave my great advice based on what I was after. Will be coming back soon for future tattoos
I did two piercings here with my sister and cousins. The lady was very welcoming and friendly, I didn't feel nervous at all. Highly recommend coming here, very clean and hygienic. Such an amazing place for tattoos and piercings!
After a terrible experience at a reputable tattoo and ear piercing studio in Croydon previously, we were reluctant to get another cartilage piercing. We went with family members, got piercings together and loved the experience, it will certainly be one to remember. Dora is obviously very experienced, she gave me advice about two other piercings not done by her that I had queries about, she was extremely accommodating and lovely! I cannot recommend Neels enough. We will be going back! (Also they are open until 7pm which was great for us)
I had two cartilage piercings done with Dora, she was amazing! The piercing was quick and not as painful as my previous experiences elsewhere. I had a very bad experience at my last piercing so I was apprehensive about having one done but all my concerns were addressed and I was put at ease. She pierced my sisters and two cousins ears on the same visit and it was a great experience for us all. We will be back for more piercings in the future.
I absolutely adore going here. I always feel so welcome, the prices are incredible and the quality of work is even better. In the last month, I've been for a tattoo and septum piercing as well as touch ups for my older tattoos and all have been perfect. I'm already planning more. I cannot recommend more highly.
