3 large grass football pitches with good playing surface and plenty of parking spaces close by and a small changing room beside car park

Good size 3g pitch with lighting but surface is tired and aging.
I don't actually use the pitches myself other than using the location as a starting point with parking for an excellent walk around the 3 mile water park. It's a great location
Basketball court not maintained, it’s hard enough to play outdoor sports in a country than rains 75% if the time. The basketball court needs a roof, you cannot play for longer than 30 minutes without getting drenched by rain. And/or the court is water logged from the previous day making it unsafe and slippery. Something so simple yet so difficult.
Really nice place and the football pitches are great, loved it.
Walk here nearly every day.. The place is kept really well by the council paths cleared of leaves and bins never over flowing. A lot of work done over summer extra seating paths to river etc.
