   Originally gave 5 stars, due to having a very good interaction with the piercer, but 3 months later, i finally realise she’s put a CURVED bar in my BRIDGE PIERCING?!?! i’m now having to wait for it to completely heal up so i can get it re pierced elsewhere. £50 down the drain on my 19th, thank you i suppose?

   Hour delay starting appointment from time I was told to arrive, longest dreadlocks maintenance I've had in 8 years and happened to be the only one that charged hourly.. result was okay but below levels of previous places and definelty not refelcted in the time/cost i was charged for. Was told they're not an airline service when I complained about an hour delay to start appointment hoping for some sort of compensation (I was the only one booked for the first few hours of opening). Like all trades, those doing hourly can pace it how they want which is why I assume I didnt get an estimate when I asked for one pre appointment.

   i went to get 2 helix piercings but was indecisive so chose 1 and the lady was so friendly and cooperative. they are also hijab friendly and have a room downstairs if its busy upstairs. she did my helix so neatly and straight and didn’t hurt at all, thank you!!

   Price charge are not fixed and keep being put up at every given occasion with given apparent reasons … always trying to make as much money out of customers .. price transparency is lacking. It’s a shame because the place is nice and the work done is good …

   I received a tattoo from Maria. Two of my friends had been tattooed by her so I wanted to get one too! It was my first tattoo so I was a little nervous but she made me feel so comfortable and the vibe of the shop is just relaxing. We chatted the whole time and there was music in the background. Defo recommend!!
