   fantastic experience, went in to get my septum piercing changed without an appointment and they were very welcoming and did it right away. Stacy did a beautiful job, fully sanitised everything and gave very helpful advice. really great and clean studio, will definitely come again for my next piercing - thank you so much

   I stopped by at Valhalla today because I needed help with my nose piercing, and I was greeted, and assisted, by the lovely and gracious Stacy. Even though I didn't get my initial nose piercing done at Valhalla, she was still more than willing to help take a look at it and assist me in removing the labret bar ahead of an MRI appointment. She really went above and beyond to help me which I really appreciated. It's a very cool space and filled with what seems like great people, so I'll definitely return for any new piercings, piercing assistance, and even a new tattoo.

   I would just like to take the time to say that Jo is a lovely piercer. She pierced my septum for me back in August, she was reassuring, went through every step she was doing and was as gentle as she could be! Then my ball fell off recently and she replaced it and put another on for me free of charge. She is an asset to the team!

   I got a septum done from here last year and I completely forgot to write a review but Jo (I believe her name was Jo, I unfortunately lost her sticker she gave me!! heartbroken) was so so lovely! Incredibly patience, made me laugh which made me feel very comfortable, worked with my pain tolerance and hyped me up when I got it done ! I've had no issues with the piercing since! She was so so lovely !! I would come here again !! there was also a cutie showing his art portfolio and if he sees this I just wanna say,, thanks for saying the piercing suited me, I keep thinking about that and I miss you xoxo

   Absolutely fantastic from beginning to end. I went today for my 1st ever tattoo and was slightly nervous, the welcome I received from entering from Jo (absolutely beautiful person) put me at ease straight away. The staff and the whole experience was 1st class. Jacob was my tattoo artist and was fantastic at advising me on my tattoo design (top class artist). I did go in saying that I was only having 1 tattoo done but now I am actually coming up with design thoughts on having another one done. Such a loving and fun filled experience here and would highly recommend Valhalla to anyone thinking of having a tattoo or piercing. Much love to you all guys xxx DIANNE ♥♥

   Wonderful staff. Jo is absolutely amazing and so friendly. She made me feel at ease from the moment I stepped through the door. Darren was brilliant when I needed my piercing changed as was having a bit of trouble with it. Highly recommended. Clean, friendly, professional. Definitely be back.
