   I called ahead about taking a stud out my tragus that I couldn't get out myself. The piercer was really friendly and told me the times that the shop was open and I could pop in anytime. When I visited he was friendly and professional. He took the stud out and showed me an easy way to put it back in myself. He also gave me some good advice about jewellery.

   Went for a daith piercing and the piercer didn’t even know where to pierce. Where he marked out on my ear was completely the wrong place. It was almost like he didn’t have a clue what a daith piercing is or was as I had to tell him. So obviously I got up and left. Please be extremely careful when going there

   Have just returned from taking my 14 year old daughter here to have her belly button pierced. The staff were all really welcoming, and the man doing the piercing worked hard to put her at ease. He provided all the information for how to look after the piercing, and his mobile number with the promise we could call anytime if we had any concerns. I was very pleased with the clean and professional establishment, and my daughter was delighted with her piercing.

   Such friendly staff who go out of their way to ensure you’re comfortable during your piercing/ tattoo experience. Have had a few problems with my piercing since getting it done but the piercer goes above and beyond (even 6 months later) to do anything he can to help. Would recommend to anyone.

   Popped in last Friday to get some help with my conch piercing (done elsewhere a long time ago) as the ball was stuck fast and my attempts to undo it had failed and started to hurt. Alex was really friendly and helpful, got it out without pain and put in a new piece I had. He did this all for free and gave me some advice on another piercing I want. Shall be heading back soon to get this done. Thank you so much for your help!
