Grant done my sons birthday on my neck, he was very easy to talk to and made the experience a bit more comfortable. Everyone else here is also very nice and welcoming.
I came in a couple days ago to get vertical centred eyebrow piercings. I only ever come to Amy when it comes to getting new piercings. Why? Because she is incredibly patient, understanding & knows what she is doing. Since I moved back south, she has been the only person to pierce me. I, personally, wouldn’t feel comfortable going anywhere else for this kind of service. I waited just over a month to receive my new piercings, & was more than happy to, knowing I’d get the best treatment possible. This particular time, I was getting symmetrical piercings on either side of my face, so as when Amy pierced both sides of my nose a good while back, she took her time & care to measure the exact distance between the middle of my forehead & the piercing placement on my eyebrows, all whilst exuding a warm & endearing demeanour, as per usual. I am a very meticulous person, especially when it comes to getting symmetrical piercings. So, knowing that there is someone I can come to who will do her very best to pierce me exactly how I want/need, is most reassuring. So, to anyone looking to get new piercings, but isn't sure where to go, come to the Tattoo Nest & ask for Amy. I, personally can’t speak for the other piercers, although I’m sure they’re great too. Also, the aesthetic of the shop is pretty far out. Cya!
I've been here 3 times now, each time I've gone to Charlie, each time I've left very happy with the work hes done. I first went to him after my friend reccomended him to me for my first tattoos about a year and a half ago and he was great at calming my nerves. After the first visit I tried out a few other tattoo artists to see who's work I like best and have ended up going back to Charlie for my most recent two tattoos. He's very reasonably priced and his quality of work is great, I've had multiple people come up to me when I've been out and compliment one of the tattoos he did (I think this speaks for itself). The overall atmosphere of the tattoo nest is very friendly and I've felt comfortable here each time I've been. The shop is a little out of the way for me but it's definitely worth it so I'd reccomend looking into this place if youre looking to get a tattoo.
Amy was wonderful from start to finish, she done me a tribute rose tattoo on my shin and I am absolutely blown away with her talent, she is so lovely to talk to and makes you feel at ease the moment your in the chair. She designed my vision perfectly and I cannot thank her enough for my beautiful tattoo. I wouldn’t go anywhere else now! The rest of the staff were friendly and helpful and the lads on the front desk were very thorough with the cleaning of the studio which is so good to see too.
My first tattoo at 60! I was so nervous but the Tattoo Nest team made me feel so at ease especially Sam Roberts who inked a beautiful swallow on mine & my daughter's hands. I am so grateful for his care & professionalism. Thank you Sam, I love my tattoo & will be def be back. Xx
I had the pleasure of getting my first tattoo here and my experience was 11/10. Sam Roberts was my artist. He is professional, kind, has incredible line work, and really works with you. The whole staff at The Tattoo Nest was amazing. 100% recommend this location for anyone looking to get some ink!
Cannot rate this studio any more. Amy is wonderful. Studio is clean and tidy. Staff are all welcoming and nice. Amy is a very talented artist so much so I drive over 3 hours for my tattoos. Her realism is out of this world and I have 3 decent pieces by her.
