I have had several cleaning company's over the years but Belfast Cleaning Company has by far been the best out of them all. They are up for an award tonight at the Waterfront Hall as small business of the year and I really hope they win.
I recently instructed Belfast Cleaning Company to clean our church and adjoining halls complex. From the very first engagement with BCC, I found them to be extremely efficient and pleasant. Stuart called out to see me almost immediately, and I was impressed by his enthusiasm and energy, and his desire to create a package that suited us, as the client, rather than his business. We started on a trial basis, but it was evident from day one, that all of the operatives were extremely hard-working and diligent, and were prepared to go the extra mile to ensure that the client was happy, particularly Florentina, their Contracts Manager. Whether it is Stuart, Flo or Fabrice in the office, I have found every interaction with BCC to be highly professional and efficient, and we have already increased the number of weekly hours, beyond our initial trial, because the standard of cleaning has been so high. After my mum passed away I needed to have her house deep cleaned prior to selling. The guy and girl who came to carry out the task were friendly and very respectful of my mum's property. The job they did was amazing. They cleaned everything from picture rails to skirting boards. When I returned to the property it was gleaming and there was a lovely fresh smell. They even removed marks from the wallpaper where pictures had hung for years and years. The guy who came out to price the job was also very personable and respectful. Overall a positive experience at such a stressful and sad time. Thank you!

AVOID AVOID AVOID FOR DOMESTIC CLEANING! Being 8 months pregnant we moved to this old house and after reading reviews for Belfast Cleaning Company I thought it was a good choice. I was totally wrong. Standard of cleaning or should I say quick wipe left me with greasy surfaces, sticky floors, dirty cupboards inside units, dirt on the floor. I phoned to complain and asked for cleaners to return and do the job properly. So called Manager Stewart said to me the job was signed off . I could not sign the job as I was not aware that I need to sign it off and I left home cause I had an appointment to attend. Stewart said I chose not to be home which is not true. On the phone I was told that if i do not pay remaining balance the debt collectors will visit me.( I only paid deposit and refused to pay until cleaning was done right).I also sent formal email explaing the whole situation and never got any response. Now I need to hire a cleaner to clean after cleaners. Definitely avoid this company!
