   From the start of the process to completion, the team at W & A Cleaning was professional, thorough, and friendly. I bought a house and wanted to have it immaculately cleaned before moving in. They certainly took care of every detail: cleaning every drawer, surface, window, and floor throughout the entire house and office space. The team was concerned that I was satisfied with the experience and I had time to inspect every last nook and cranny to ensure everything was done. They even helped me figure out how the heating in the house worked because it was a brand-new system to me. I am very grateful to this company and all the dedication to providing a truly exceptional service to customers they demonstrated. Thank you!

   Had a deep clean of the house today in preparation for bringing home our newborn and I am absolutely delighted with the result. The oven looks brand new and the sinks are dazzling! The house is immaculate! Another bonus is that there is an option to request that only eco friendly products are used. I use eco products myself so this was very appealing and makes W&A cleaning stand out from other cleaning companies. I will definitely be using W&A cleaning for a more regular cleaning service once baby is here! Thanks very much!

   So disappointed in the clean provided by WA Cleaning. I paid £1236 for a deep clean of the whole house and rubbish removal after a tenant left. They did a great job cleaning the oven and fridge but the rest was a basic clean. The furniture wasn't even moved out of the way for brushing the floors. The rubber around the windows were black and thick with mold. Skirting boards were still filthy. I also had to message them to come out again as they didn't remove all the rubbish. Taking so much money for a terrible service. I wasn't here in person to check the clean was sufficient as I hadn't moved back to N.I. but I trusted them to do what was paid for. Would not recommend.

   It was total professionalism from first contact with Veronica to completion of cleaning job. We thought the terraced house we required cleaned, was beyond salvageable, but W&A Cleaning give us a very good quote & did an excellent job with the deep clean of the property. The house was unrecognisable when cleaning was completed. Would highly recommend this Company for any cleaning job you require done.

   I would highly recommend Weronika and her team. From obtaining a free personalised quote, through to the domestic clean, itself, W&A Cleaning responded quickly and clearly, arrived punctually and cleaned my small house from top to bottom in 1.5 hours. The place looks immaculate and smells amazing! Super professional and friendly team, who respected the household pet as well. Absolutely delighted with the work - thank you, again.

   W&A did a deep clean in our conservatory and a spare bedroom, and now I can't stop walking into the rooms to admire them! The team arrived when they said they would and completed the work to a very high standard in a fairly short time, which I found impressive given the work required. I dealt mainly with Weronika to get the quote and arrange the clean - she's really friendly and professional, she talked me through what to expect from a deep clean Vs maintenance clean and provided a clear quote for both services. The whole team on the day were also very friendly and trustworthy. I will be setting up a regular maintenance clean with W&A, and could not recommend them highly enough to anyone considering their services.

   Veronica and her team have twice undertaken cleaning of our house. They did a brilliant job both times, with the house spotless, and looking and smelling great. They were professional - arrived on time, minimum fuss, looked after everything carefully. They are also lovely, warm people - chatty, kind and thoughtful. I felt very comfortable with them. I highly recommend this service!!!

   They charge 50 pounds for 1 hour of work. I expected higher quality cleans for my airbnb business. Instead I received plenty of guest complaints. Linen not changed. Dust. Dirty bathrooms. Guests would have to change their own linen because the cleaners would forget. Very rushed They don't move sofas to vacuum behind and are rude. I changed and got new cleaners and I'm very happy I switched. No more complaints.
