   If I could give a zero, I would. 3 appliances were ‘cleaned’ in one hour. I refused to pay for the dishwasher and oven hood as the clean was substandard. The oven was a ‘reasonable’ job. I’ve used this company 3 times and this will be the last. I have given them a few chances. The last straw was when I asked to be emailed an invoice. First they sent to wrong email address and then they sent me a photo of a credit card transaction receipt. Won’t be using them again.

   Absolutely delighted with my clean today!! I have a Neff slide and hide and many many cleaners have failed a) to remove the door and b) to change my oven light. I’m buzzin about Bennett being able to change to bulb as the last cleaners for two years could not get the cover opened so I’m totally chuffed to be able to see what’s cooking now!! I would do 10 stars if I could oxo oxo

   Had an account with Ultra Pro for coming up to eight years. Always do a fantastic job of cleaning our ovens & hobs. Paul who cleaned our oven today was professional, efficient & friendly. Another great job. Fully recommended

   One of their guys Paul R (I'll not give his full last name) came around on time and was here for only an hour and a half and did a fantastic job. Even gave me details of one of their special offers which I am considering. Even though his van was parked way down the street (my street has bad parking) he didn't complain and got one with the Job. 10 out 10!

   We had Paul out on Friday to clean our range master. He was very professional lovely fella and done a really good job and i was very happy. However, i called today to pay as i was paying by card ( they had left for the day when he finished so couldnt pay there and then) paul had explained that my clean would be £99 and the 2 additional bulbs i needed would be £10, but if i wanted to sign up and pay £120 they would be back out in 6 months to clean it again. So my understanding was id be getting an additional clean in 6 months for £21. But when i called to pay today the girl had said no i was signing up for a monthly payment of £10 and the deal i was told wasn't anything they offer. So i think theres been some miscommunication between the office and they people they send out to actually do the work. Which is a bit disappointing

   I have been using Ultra Pro clean for 4 years now to have my oven cleaned and I receive excellent service every time! I would highly recommend. Dylan was very professional and did an excellent job! It would be great to ask for him again in the future. Great job!
