Rip off! Tried quoting £50 per hour for a minimum amount of time wanting at least 4 hours money for a job that other companies quoted would take 2/3 hours at most and for a much cheaper cost.

From the very first phone call I knew that Marieannette was passionate about her business and that that means ensuring she has the best interests of her clients & her staff at the heart of everything she does and in equal measure! Marieannette came to visit & we had a really thorough talk through what I was looking for and the best way she could help me to achieve it. She was a wealth of knowledge, gained from personal as well as professional experience and was absolutely invaluable. Our cleaner is an absolute delight, punctual, polite, courteous and very professional. I was in a right muddle when she arrived but at the end of her visit, the house was clean & fresh and my expectations were not only met, but exceeded!! My mother and I are very happy Time For You customers. Samantha does a great job at my place, 3 hours per week and my mother, Mrs Baxter, has Pat every Thursday afternoon for 2 hours. Mum started with you about 3 years ago and I've been your customer for almost 1 year. Both Samantha and Pat are similar types, very good hard working ladies and reliable which is very important to my mother who is aged in her 80's.
What can I say? Absolutely fantastic! I was a little apprehensive initially as I had never had to engage a cleaner before, nor any other service for that matter. Suffice to say, I could not be more happier and I wish I had decided to do it long before now! From my initial enquiry I found Time For You professional, informative and friendly. I was immediately put at ease. We arranged for Marieannette to visit. It was a pleasant process and I gladly signed up in the knowledge that an appointed cleaner would be fully vetted. I particularly liked the fact that I would have the same cleaner every week. My appointed cleaner came out to visit me and we had a very pleasant chat and I showed her my home and we arranged the day and time of my first clean. Wednesday was upon me and my cleaner turned up promptly and did an absolutely amazing job. My home was left sparkling and fresh. She left with a smile and said she would be back the following week. I have had my home cleaned for the past 4 weeks and I could not be happier! I cannot recommend Time For You highly enough. Thank you!!
