   Wouldn’t recommend at all .. asked for my sofa to be cleaned throughly and I’ve had to go and pay another cleaning company to come out after .. poor quality , not good enough when you charge £70 , never again don’t use spend your money on a better company cuz they don’t do the job right first time

   Saw this ad for carpet cleaning and appeared to be a bargain. Whilst the carpet is definitely cleaner there are a few stains which were not cleaned and the carpets were left very wet..some soaking in parts so had to lay down towels all over the house to soak it up. I did not appreciate the water being dripped over my wooden floor and being told ..don't worry about it love whilst I soaked it up with old towels. Unfortunately cannot recommend.

   Firstly Clean suite came highly recommended and positive reviews made my decision to use this company quite easy. Paul arrived, cleaned 3+2 seater sofas. He explained if after drying I wasn’t happy with the clean to contact him and he would return. His parting words were “we stand over our work”. Following day I noticed dirty streaks on the cushions if one of the sofas, rang Paul, he said he would return and fix this, he stated “it was quite a common problem”. After waiting in on three separate mornings Paul never turned up, no phone call or explanation. I continued to phone and txt Paul only to be told he would get back to me. This cat and mouse game lasted 6 weeks, Paul never returned to re clean the cushions. Given the current climate £70 is a lot of money, I am now having to spend more money to have the cushions redone. Whatever happened to We Stand Over Our Work..??? Very disappointed as I had been very patient with Paul.

   Just had my sofas cleaned by Paul at Clean Suite before new baby arrives. Honestly, cannot believe the difference!!! Two cream almost white fabric sofas and a cream rug look absolutely brand new!!! Didnt think it was possible! Compared prices with other places and Clean Suite was by far the cheapest. Will deff be using clean suite again. Cant recommend highly enough.

   Would Recommend To All Who Have Kids & Cloth Sofa's - delighted with how the sofa has turned out. Thought i'd try getting my sofa cleaned before going to the expense of a new one. Thought, why not throw £60 at it, if it doesn't come up well, its little ventured or lost. But over the moon with the results. Saved me a few squids. Thanks Paul, great job
