Where to even start , was a cleaner for here asked for a few days of wasn't allowed it changed to a nightshift job explained if I could get my work schedule changed no reply cleaning supervisor puts a lot of pressure on team keeps ringing , texting ,makes sure your at site terrible app to use signing in always breaks down , never paid the right amount never received a single payslip
I have been working for qcs for about 7 months now, my supervisor is brilliant she is always there for everyone on her team... everyone is very pleasant and very welcoming, I am really enjoying working for qcs, would definitely recommend working for qcs to friends and family ect.
Previous employee of QCS and I enjoyed my time there with my work mates! Supervisor was brilliant and always willing to help out when I needed anything. Had to leave as needed night hours to suit children but great company to work for.
Been involved with QCS quite a few times over the last year or so. From the top down they are outstanding at what they do, from the management to the cleaning operatives I cannot recommend them enough.
Extremely racist labor camp from right side of town. I have a friend who worked for QCS over year on food court, Boucher Rd. Her area manager used bullying and harassment as normal practice this is not acceptable . She would also watch empolee while visit food court with her family after her shifts . There was no cleaner store room in the work place Cleaning stuff were kept on the staircase. There was no access to warm water for cleaning. She could only use COLD water from a small sink in a public toilet. The company commonly uses thick bleach for cleaning, which is against the law. She has evidence and photos of it. Public holidays are not pay double. This is just a sample of the things that need addressed at the food court on boucher rd. This company meets the work standards that were in Victorian times of British colonialism. Thank you for listen to my concerns.
Very very bad company got rid off my daughter bascliy because of her Christian name things will never change not a fair company unless you are from the right side off town
