I booked Stephen to come out and he was definitely worth waiting for. Good communication and turned up promptly on the day. Cleaned 3 flues for me and you wouldn't have known he had been there. Stephen is a very professional and personable person. He cleaned a log burner flue (very dirty) and an open fire chimney clogged with birds nest and a large amount of sticks/twigs. He left both rooms spotless. He then fitted a stainless steel cowl. Stephen arrived punctually and then did a great job. His bill was very fair. Will have him back on a yearly basis. Really pleased
