   If you’re thinking about fixing your car key there, don’t bother. It’s the worst customer service I’ve ever seen in my life. I called them, and they made me wait for half an hour before cutting the call without saying anything. Then I tried sending an email — no response at all. When you go there in person, the person responsible for programming car keys is never there. So don’t waste your time going there for this kind of service.

   I had just purchased a jacket to go with different smart trousers from M&S and thought i would give it a freshen up before wearing it with a dry clean, so I just took it to Marlowe dry cleaning at Forestside. Well big mistake!! I returned to find the jacket had the lovely fabric kind of burnt like someone went at it with a hot iron all over!! It was ruined and at that point I did not realise what I was in for to try to get them to make it right with me as a customer. I went through 2 months of phone calls, emails running to the shop on waisted journeys!! In the end I had to get legal advice and started to action it, all of a sudden they went to M&S and replaced it like for like. Trust me it was a horrible experience and I was exhausted after it, and Gareth the manager of the Forestside store could not have been more rude and unhelpful if he tried. I would honestly advice you to go anywhere else for your dry cleaning.

   Shocking experience to say the least, Left a £200 dress into have a small stain removed last Wednesday only to be returned with more water marks and also a burn mark on the back of the dress with the original stain still on it. The dress was returned inside out, without original hanger and bag it was left off with. We were told that dress could not be worked on due to the material by staff in the dry cleaners upon our return, yet told originally that the stain could be done easily when the dress was left off. The Manager was ignorant and the most unhelpful person in the world. Without a doubt I would stay well clear of this place, no customer service at all. Destroy garments to point of no return, advised by another Drycleaners that this was done by them as they could tell it was attempted by them. SHOCKING SERVICE, DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

   I tried to leave a pair of shoes into Marlowe Forestside for repair just now (12.00 pm, 27 April) I stood for almost 10 minutes while being totally ignored by two members of staff, who didn’t even make eye contact. Just amazingly poor customer service with rudeness on top. Thanks goodness an alternative welcoming shoe repair shop is available on the nearby Cregagh Road, go here if you don’t want to feel like the invisible man.

   I was turning a key in a lock when the head broke off. I took it to Marlowe's where they cut a new key from the old one. Quick, efficient and the key worked first time!

   Marlow used to dry clean clothes in 1-2 days no problem, but they're now quoting 3 days and charging a £10 'express fee' if you want it earlier. So they purposely extending their lead time so they can charge more. Absolute disgrace!

   My car key came off the fob and I had such a panic. Contacted Marlowes who said to drop in. I called in and they were able to do me a replacement within 40 minutes. Fantastic service, would highly recommend.

   Marlowes has an excellent key cutting service within their premises. I didnt have long to wait for several sets of keys to be cut. Their was a queue when I arrived but the keycutters worked quickly and efficiently dealing well with customers at the same time.

   Needed a brand new remote key for my car, which was done very quickly despite the shop being busy! Gareth and the other staff members where so nice, very accommodating and great craic! The new key works 100%, great value for money, would highly recommend!!
