   The staff are really friendly, the shops is clean and well set up. Nik was the girl who done my tattoo. She was really nice, comforting and took her time. Also took a request for an add on tattoo from her work I have seen on insta.

   took my sister here for her first lobes piercing done by phie and had a wonderful experience and i got my conch pierced by chloe who was amazing and so kind, super lovely atmosphere and lovely staff overall xx

   Had a small tattoo done in here and went to get some touch up work done. Was told they wouldn't touch up the tattoo as the artist has left. They told me I have to go and ask the artist to do the work even though the shop and artist have both been paid. The other option was to have another tattoo there to get my tattoo touched up then. Not very happy as the shop offers free touch up's if needed, says that on the paperwork you sign. So if you are going for a tattoo keep this in mind because might be a bit hard to go and see the artist if they move to Manchester or something like that. For this reason I wouldn't have anymore work done here as these sort of shops rely on repeat customer, so you would have thought they would honour there commitment.
