   Initially I was happy with my nose piercing. But after about 6 weeks it kept falling out. I then went to a needled based piercing place which did a much better piercing. Smaller bar with a screw. No problems, didn't fall out and they will adjust the post length for free.

   Little shop but tidy and friendly staff. I went there to look for a last minute birthday gift for my little sister. There was a great variety of items and good deals (buy 6 pay for 3). However, if you have time I would suggest looking on their website first and ordering if possible as they have even better deals. When I was doing the shop I checked online and pretty much all the items I picked out were discounted by 50% or so compared to the in-shop prices! So definitely something to keep in mind.

   Had my older daughter ears pierced at other branch and was great no issues , seem confident. Had my younger daughter pierced here and very much the opposite, they seemed to be all over the place, took around 12 goes to get the pen mark on the where the piercing would go causing a sore ear from the start and constantly rubbing it off. Have since had a nightmare healing process. Definitely no qualified to pierce. Need more training

   Great to have a Claire’s in Watford, in the Intu. Bit crammed but otherwise had everything my niece required for her prom accessories. Central location for all. Nice addition of Halloween items as well as ear piercing.

   Very happy with our experience. Our 8 year old had her ears pierced here, everything very hygienic, studs came in sterile packaging, staff washed hands then put on gloves. Even better, 2 staff members did her ears simultaneously so the pain was over more quickly.
