I’ve visited this retail shop four times over the span of three weeks, and each experience has been incredibly disappointing and frustrating. On my first visit, I waited in the shop for over an hour without receiving any assistance. No one acknowledged me or offered help. On the second visit, a technician told me they’d be with me shortly—but instead, they walked out for lunch without returning, and another staff member casually informed me of this without offering any help either. The third time, I followed their instruction to book an appointment online. I received a confirmation, but when I arrived, I was turned away without a proper explanation. On my fourth visit, I was finally told that the service I needed was only available on specific days—information that was never communicated during any of my prior visits or when I made the online booking. This consistent lack of respect, poor communication, and repeated dismissal has left me feeling completely disregarded and frankly, discriminated against. No customer should have to fight this hard to be served. I will not be returning, and I urge others to be cautious about expecting any level of professional service here.

I went to get my wife some earrings and the store manager was exceptional i received incredible help as I didn't know what I was looking for infact I'm someone who hates being uphold to but she made complete sense with her advise and I purchased more products which put me in my wife's good books I definitely recommend this shop and I will be heading there again the shop manager made my experience enjoyable

I am extremely disappointed with the behavior of the manager. They lack basic communication skills and have no idea how to treat customers respectfully. Their unprofessional attitude and complete disregard for their responsibilities are unacceptable. It’s shocking to see such poor management in a customer-facing role. Immediate action needs to be taken to address this issue and ensure such behavior doesn’t occur in the future."

The lady that is on charge with the piercing she is not respecting the shop schedule, on the website it states that someone is there all day from 10 am. I went today with my daughter and we were told that Sundays she is coming to work from 3pm to 5 pm. We waited together with other clients 40 minutes from 15:00 to 15:40 and she did not come. All this time we were told by her colleague that she is on her way. This is a lack of respect towards the customers, a person that does not respect the clients of your shop should not be part of your team. Very disappointed, we would never come back to Claire's in St. Ann's Harrow.

Went for my baby’s ear piercing, baby looked at her, starting crying and that was it, saying can’t do it. Did not even try! I even called before coming asking if staff is available.

Went into store in Harrow today to have a look. Saw had offer 6items on sale for £10. Found some necklaces and went to the counter. Girl at the till seemed to like the items and denied me sale. Said it was discontinued so couldn’t sell it. I asked to speak to the manager and she she she was the manager and then changed her mind and said she was the supervisor and she couldn’t sell it as it was up to her. Very embarrassed as she made a huge scene. I shan’t be going back. Poor service- run by children with lack of experience.
