   I can highly recommend Claire’s in Broadwalk shopping centre in Edgware. As I am scared of needles, I really wanted to pierce my ears on my birthday. Julia and her team have been extremely helpful, friendly and understanding. Every time I passed by, asked them lots of questions to prepare myself! Finally I got my ears pierced and Julia has been simply the best in supporting my fears! Julia’s support, care and patience made it possible for me. Thank you once again.

   I booked online for ear piercing and the earrings which i chose online were 14ct gold for price of 50£ , but when i went there she told me there's only 9ct for the same price. Why you guys are lying online ?

   After booking online and being told it will cost £40 to have upper ears pierced for my daughter with 4mm cz steel earrings, we attended the appointment only to be told it would cost extra! I have already emailed customer service twice with proof of purchase, and they have not responded for 2 weeks. Really disappointing customer service.

   had an amazing customer service, Balkees was so friendly did my piercing just how i wanted! was the best experience she explained things really well. really comforted me in times of need and will come back for my thirds to get it done with Balkees!!! very happy customer!!!!

   100% recommend this place for baby's ear piercing. The store manager who pierced my 2 year old daughter's ear was excellent, experienced and professional. My daughter didn't feel anything. Had a very pleasant experience.

   at 9:20 am on 5th May the lady who served us was absolutely rude! Her attitude was awful and when asking for her kindly to open the piercing cabinet she proceed to slowly just look at us and after pointing at the one we wanted twice she shouted at my mum to come back and show her what one it was. Then getting to the till she said absolutely nothing to us and stood there just waiting for us to pay when we didn’t even know she scanned them. Handed us the receipt and said nothing ! Customer service was absolutely poor.

   A great shop for buying all sorts of accessories from hair slides and scrunchies through to jewellery such as earrings and bracelets which are non gold but are mainly sterling silver or plated. They also do an ear piercing service and this is a great place if you hav young daughters as there are so many accessories to choose from

   Staff are lovely and helpful and always notify you if you can benefit from offers without making you spend more. Like one time I bought 2 pairs of earrings and failed to notice I could have got another pair for free and the girl made sure I knew about the offer so I didn't miss out. Really nice place to shop.
