   Avoid at all costs. I bought a ring for my daughter yesterday, and it broke the very next day. When I returned to the shop, I was told that it could not be exchanged and that no refund would be offered. The quality is extremely poor — the item feels cheap and broke almost immediately. On top of that, there is no customer protection once something goes wrong. I would not recommend buying anything from this shop.

   Amazing Experience with Elvira at Claire’s! I had my nose piercing done at Claire’s and was lucky to have Elvira as my piercer. She was incredibly kind, caring, and patient-friendly — truly made the whole experience smooth and reassuring. Elvira explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I was comfortable throughout. Her customer service was top-notch and very engaging. It’s easy to see why she’s the manager she genuinely cares about her customers and goes the extra mile. I got lucky with the stud too, as they had one left from a no-show appointment. But I’d definitely recommend pre-booking, as they don’t always have studs available. While some of the other staff weren’t as engaging, Elvira really stood out and made the experience memorable. Highly recommend her if you're considering a piercing at Claire’s!

   I was a little worried due to the bad reviews but I had a good experience, the person who did my piercing (I didn’t catch her name unfortunately) was lovely and very helpful. The piercing was so quick but barely felt. Let’s see how it heals now

   A bit crowded with a lots of noisy children like most of these chains . I eventually found earrings that I liked . They should have a separate one for adults who want to shop in peace.

   Manager of this store was completely rude, and ignorant ti store policy for returns. She did absolutely the worst job with customer service after I bought a 15 pound umbrella that was not working properly. She needs to learn how to talk to people. Over priced claires branded cheap product and garbage customer care. Manager stated they do not stand by their products nor do they offer store credit or exchanges. I don't not recommend this store. Manager is useless and the worst with any kind of communication. Acted like a child ignoring myself and my kids when we asked any questions and refused in confirming the fault with the product. Still had tags and was purchased less then 24 hours before.

   Nice store and collection as all Claire have and good happy staff. But no enough space within the displays to walk, bit conjusted. So cant view the products properly nor can pass through there if someone is standing and browsing.
