   Fabulous store staff so friendly and helpful. I think the shop could be laid more efficiently the foodhall needs to be larger. My feedback is; the use by dates on your food very short more often have to be used on day of purchase very frustrating. Also shelf filling should be done at night or early mornings as during the day it’s very hard to shop (I am disabled) when staff are blocking aisles filling the shelves up it’s crazy some days. Overall a great store and happy it’s so close to my home.

   I went to buy cargo trousers and I got exactly what I wanted. I bought two colour of the same item. Beautiful fit, good quality and fair price. I was very pleased also that I got a 20% discount because of my M&S loyalty card. Brilliant service at the service counter as well. Thank you.

   I had a very positive and helpful visit yesterday to the ladies underwear department. Janet was absolutely fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble. After being measured she didn’t stop until she got me a perfectly fitting bra. I got other items as well which were lovely that she chose for me. I must say it was 5 stars all the way Janet.    I attended M&S with my daughter to be fitted comfortable bras before starting high school, a lovely member of staff named Lee assisted & made my daughter feel very comfortable an nothing was to much bother, she help choose approbiate bras & sports bras, she always kept making sure every singles bra fitted correctly,, my daughter was not embarrassed once & was always made feel at ease, I look forward to taking my daughter back in future as it was s very calm comfortable experience.
