   Let’s face it, this is mostly a shop of pretty tat, but my 6 year old adores this place and I use it as a bribe/ reward for tokens earned doing chores/ homework/ food test results etc. What she buys often breaks, like a giant lilac drinking cup, but she has that short consumerist high and will hopefully learn to save better and invest better. Meanwhile, it’s lots of pretty stuff that is less than good for our society and our environment.

   Bethany and Malak were honestly amazing. I can’t describe words enough to express how amazing they both were. I would have given 5 stars but because MARIA THE MANAGER of the store has let the store down. Maria was incredibly rude, she spoke to me like I was a child which is disgusting service in itself. Considering she’s a managers, that’s quite embarrassing in itself. The one star not being being there is because she was inadequate. Bethany and Malak both deserve an award, a raise or something for the service they provided me with.

   On the 26th of May I was going to get my daughters ears pierced and we went to another Claire’s location and left and went to store 531 which is located inside Westfield shopping Mall in London and had a fabulous experience. Khadija was so kind, happy, confident and knowledgeable in her products she gave recommendations on the quality of earring for my daughter and explained why and Maria came in to help with the piercing and she was confident and happy and oh so kind and they both were so awesome this made myself and my daughter and our whole family super happy…Our experience at this store was great and the ear piercing was great as well my little girl didn’t even cry and was super happy with her new earrings. We will definitely come back and shop at this location again.

   Would not recommend for piercings. Over priced and uneven piercing. Every time she would place the mark it would be uneven for every single person in line. Not surprised considering they practise on a piece of card board.

   just got my ears pierced by Eesha! (hope I spelt it right lol) she was absolutely brilliant! quick and painless. only downside is that the piercings are a little pricey. but very happy with the service.
