   I recently had my flat piercing pierced by Nicole at Sacred Gold in Covent Garden. The studio is gorgeous and it was such a good experience. The staff are friendly, welcoming and experienced. Nicole is very professional, friendly and patient. She has done an amazing job! The piercing process was clean and smooth and the piercing is beautifully done. The piece of jewelry is so beautiful and high-quality, I am really happy with it! Many thanks to Nicole and the other staff at Sacred Gold. I can't recommend this place enough!

   I went into Sacred Gold on an impromptu stop over the Easter weekend, when some friends and I were having a weekend away. I’d seen the brand on instagram and it’s been on the to visit list for a while. My friend and I nipped in on the Saturday, where we were greeted by a friendly face (Danielle) who was so warm and welcoming, and we had a browse of the products - which are beautiful! - and then I asked about appointments. They tend to work on an appointment basis which I figured would be the case, and had planned to book for either the Sunday or Monday and pointed out the jewellery I was interested in. Danielle was absolutely fantastic, explaining about the piece as well as, where it would sit best in my ear. As I’m going through my ear curation phase, this was so helpful and helped me see what would also work for my ears and styling. I also asked about another piercing, for the pierce, and Nicole, the piercer, very kindly talked me through that that piece couldn’t be fitted straight away, however, what sort of pieces could be used. Nicole was very patient and kind, answering questions and showing styles that would work, and so I purchased the jewellery I loved with the plan to return in future to have fitted, as well as a gorgeous ruby stud which will sit well with my other earrings and can be moved to a different piercing when my ear has healed and can be moved. I filled in the release paperwork on tablet and paid with Danielle explaining my jewellery has a lifetime guarantee and any issues to get in touch. What was great is the fact everything was emailed over to me straight after and a record is kept by Sacred Gold. I think I’d been very lucky as they fitted me in for my piercing and I went downstairs to the piercing room and Nicole welcomed my friend to come with us, as she had been keen to watch. Nicole explained each step to me and marked out my ear, as well as checking that I was happy with the placement. Once marked, Nicole made sure to check which would be best position for me to be in - lying flat or upright. I opted for upright so my friend could see. With a breathe in and the piercing will be made on the exhale, the piercing was made, jewellery inserted and boom, all done. Nicole recapped aftercare with me as well which I was grateful for as it’s been a while since I’ve had a piercing, and also passed me her details so that any questions, she was reachable. It was a fantastic experience and added reassurance that the whole shop was clean, all products sterile and new for each piercing, and really well kept. Both Danielle and Nicole were such incredibly lovely people, and I really look forward to returning for more piercings and a refit in the future!

   I came to London on vacation and wanted a more permanent souvenir and Sacred Gold delivered! I got the most perfect, cutest conch piercing ever at their Covent Garden location. Sid was so kind and helpful and we had such a great chat through the whole process. All the other piercers were super friendly and the studio is gorgeous. Totally recommend stopping in to see them for a piercing or jewelry upgrade!!

   I popped in today to check out some jewellery options for piercings I’ve been planning for a while. It’s two days before Christmas and incredibly busy in London so had no expectations of there being any appointments to actually get them done. They were all so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, and offered me a slot with Nicole within 15 minutes. The rooms are very smart and clean and the piercings were by far the most comfortable I’ve ever had, I barely noticed them and still no pain at all after a few hours. I’ll definitely be back!

   Sacred Gold (Covant Garden) was highly recommended to me by 2 friends especially Nicole. I must say I was very nervous about the piercing but as soon as I entered the shop the wonderful ladies were very welcoming and friendly which made me feel at ease and that was even before I met Nicole. She was equally amazing, the selection of earrings presented were on point and difficult to choose from (lol). The showroom and piercing rooms are very clean and well laid out. Nicole took time, care and patience to go through the process and my Conch piercing was done quickly and pain free. A total success and I still LOVE IT. Thank you once again Nicole. I would highly recommend Sacred Gold, I can't praise their professionalism enough.

   I’ve been being pierced by Nicole for about four years now. She is so gentle, patient and kind, but most of all incredible at her job. The selection of jewellery here is huge, and it’s all of the highest quality. The counter staff are lovely and welcoming, and have great knowledge about the jewellery. I was finally pierced at this location for the first time today and, as always, it was very clean and smooth. The piercing rooms are like high end clinic rooms with fully sterile kit so no fear that you’ll end up with any problems. I can’t recommend this place enough. If you want piercings, and you like beautiful well made jewellery, you won’t regret it.

   I had my nostril pierced by Nicole last Saturday and she did an amazing job! I had to remove a previous nostril piercing done elsewhere due to a bad piercing bump, but Nicole was so expert at finding a spot that didn’t affect the scar tissue and she gave me such helpful instructions for the aftercare. Plus the jewellery is so stunning, I couldn’t be happier with my experience.
