   Contact very poor. Didn’t provide receipt, proof of warranty, or manual with the seat purchased even though promised on the day. Months have passed and promises to send documents via email or post all made and none received. Now appears to have blocked me!!!

   Booked an appointment to be told it shouldn’t have been available to book and made to cancel. Have tried numerous times to contact for another appointment and still haven’t had response. Will have to go elsewhere

   I ordered a carseat from Little Sprouts CSA and was advised that it would take 1.5 weeks to get it delivered as the colour ordered wasn't in stock, although it was available to purchase from the website. Two weeks later still no update on the order. I requested a refund and received no response. I followed up and was promised a refund the next day. That never happened. The seller did not communicate further and it took over a month to get the refund via PayPal as the seller did not seem to process the refund or reply to my call, emails or facebook messages. Therefore, I would not recommend this seller. It was a real hassle to get the refund over a month later and purchase the carseat from a different company.
