   I have decided to take my money elsewhere due to the overall atmosphere and experience I encountered. The owner came across as sarcastic and, at times, displayed behavior that could be perceived as racially insensitive, particularly toward individuals who are not white. Certain comments made during my visit were inappropriate and, in my opinion, would have been better left unsaid. As a customer, I am simply seeking a professional service without being judged or subjected to comments about my skin color or its perceived impact. Unfortunately, this was not a positive experience for me, and it has helped me understand why some individuals prefer to do these types of services in the comfort of their own homes. It’s sad as my friend recommended me here and her experience was completely different to mine.

   Friendly and efficient service. My existing tragus stud piercing had fallen out and I lost the ball so I popped into Inkfact to get a replacement ball and for them to install it (it's a tricky piercing to put in). I was able to use the existing bar and just pay for ball and install. My ear was hygienically wiped and piercing popped back in. Very quick and pleasant experience. If I want another piercing or a creative tattoo I'd definitely come back. Had a pleasant conversation about Italy and traveling. Grazie!

   Amazing experience with Giuseppe and the team! The Tattoo I got was amazing it was even better than I imagined!!! I would highly recommend Ink Fact studio for high quality and affordable Tattoos. The store is really clean and it’s a nice relaxing vibe whilst you get inked!!!!

   I've been to InkFact three times now to get about 15 tattoos, building up my patchwork sleeve on my arms! I love all of them! It's such a welcoming studio and they are so accommodating to what I want and getting the size & location perfect! Giuseppe and Carlotta are super. It's a really positive and nice atmosphere - will def be going back for more in 2023! One of the best tattoo studios in London for sure :)
