   I got my earlobe pierced when I went on a trip with my family on April 19, 2025 (almost 7 months ago). The girl was really polite and treated us so nicely. Sadly, after about a month, the earring they put in at the studio fell out, but luckily I was able to put it back in, even though it was very difficult because the piece was too small. The following month it fell out again, but this time I couldn't put it back in properly. I started bleeding horribly, so I decided to put in another earring so that at least it wouldn't close up (I know it was made of good material). Time passed, and it seemed like the jewelry wasn't being rejected, so I calmed down. Today, November 7, 2025, my earlobe is very swollen and has discharge. I don't know how to get it fixed since I can't contact them, and I don't even live in the same country. I'm very worried; this piercing has sentimental value for me.

   Visited Queen of hearts in portobello rd and met Ari. She was phenomenal!! She was amazing! I got my nipples pierced and she was so gentle, talked me through it so i don't panic too much or feel dizzy. She made sure i was alright throughout. After she gave me after care advice. Such professionalism. Clean area. Beautiful jewellery and the pricing was reasonable. Thank you Ari!! I recommend her to not only beginners but anyone that wants someone that knows what they are doing.

   Came here with my cousin to get a navel piercing and we were so nervous, but staff was super friendly and patient with us! Allowed us lots of time to decide the jewellery we wanted, and offered us water and a few sweets! Overall didn’t even hurt. Pain scale would be a 2/10. Really nice, welcoming and professional!

   I had a piercing with Vanessa - I was so nervous at first but she was so sweet and welcoming, made me feel very relaxed and calm. The salon was spotless and such a great atmosphere. My piercing is absolutely gorgeous, I love the jewelry and it has healed perfectly thanks to the advice and guidance from the salon. Would absolutely recommend!

   I had two piercings and a lash lift done in this studio and my experience has been faultless. Vanessa and her team are amazing. I had issue with swelling and they couldn’t do enough to accommodate me. The piercing was super sterilise and clean and the aftercare was amazing.    I normally go to Queen of Hearts to get my eyelashes done. They are always very professional, friendly and welcoming and I feel very comfortable going there knowing I will achieve the natural look I like. Yesterday I went to get my ear pierced. Once again the girls there were very friendly and helpful. They were reassuring and knowledgeable, explaining everything to me from beginning to end. I will definitely be attending more than once for several of their services. Highly recommend them!!!
