   I had a deeply unpleasant experience at this Accessorize branch. The staff member at the till was extremely forceful in trying to get me to sign up for the loyalty scheme, I declined multiple times, yet she continued to push, making it difficult to complete my purchase without giving in. In hindsight, I wish I’d walked away and left the item behind. Her manner was abrupt, and the interaction felt more like a hard sell than a checkout. I won’t be returning to this store.

   Didn’t have a pleasant experience at this store, I saw a lady behind the till and I was about to ask a question but before I could even get the words out the lady looks at one of the workers and signals for her to come and help me. I understand that this lady behind the till was busy, I’m assuming she is the manager, but it was very rude of her to ignore me completely and not even glance at my direction, she could’ve said that somebody else would help, wouldn’t have cost her a thing and she would’ve set a good example as manager, but not everyone has manners!

   I had a very unpleasant experience at the Accessorize store in Westfield. I simply asked a question about a product and its price, and the staff member at the till responded in an extremely rude manner. She slammed the jewellery down on the counter with clear attitude, as if she didn’t want to be there. Before me, I also observed her being quite dismissive and sarcastic to another 2 customers. It made me feel uncomfortable, and I thought, we really shouldn’t be treated like this as paying customers. So I said, quite politely, “You don’t seem to be in a good mood today,” in hopes it might prompt a reset in tone. Instead, she became even ruder, responding with a cold and dismissive, “OK, thank you,” in a clearly sarcastic manner. At that point, I asked to speak to a manager, as I felt the behaviour was unacceptable. The manager did apologise and said it was out of character for the staff member and that they would speak to her which I appreciated. However, the staff member walked away from the conversation with what looked like complete disregard for the manager as well, showing no professionalism or respect. I found this behaviour quite disgusting and shocking. It left a really negative impression, and I hope management seriously addresses this. No customer should be made to feel that way.

   Very dissatisfied with customer service here, staff chatting and leaning against the check out, ignoring customers and refusing to return a defective item. Ended up asking to talk to the manager who was nice and said of course they would exchange a defective product. Even though it was the same item which I paid full price for I had to pay a difference because apparently it was more expensive in that branch.

   Lara and Gizem were absolutely brilliant on Sunday when my friend and I went for ear piercings. We thought our ear piercings had actually closed up in our ears however they hadn’t, and Lara managed to push through the earrings that we bought from the piercing section. Nothing was too much trouble and they were so incredibly helpful. Fantastic service, thank you ladies!

   I got a second piercing here, a pair for 25 pounds, the service was great, The lady that did mine was so nice, and friendly staff. would recommend as it seemed very clean and thorough!

   There are many Accessorie shops around and it is always very tempting to go in and get something. They are selling jewellery, bags, scarves, and many items for a beach. If you are going on a holiday I'm sure you will find something useful.
