Cheap and cheerful store, everything from bedding to paint, and sweets to bubble bath. The sort of place you go in looking one or two bits and come out with a trolley full!
Great customer service
It is what it is. B&M. stack it high, sell it cheap, always a good few bargains to be had, but don't be expecting M&S.
This store has a good range of products but service is hugely lacking. When we approached the tills there was nobody serving and when I asked where any tills open, I got an uninterested and as though I was inconveniencing the staff member. This continued whilst being served; no please, no thank you, just so uninterested. Plenty of other shops to go to and I won’t be back in this unfortunately.
Great for bargains, love the Asevi cleaning/washing range - smells divine! Plus Schweppes tonic cans are a lot cheaper than any of the big supermarkets. Always buy lots of other things too that I don't need!
The staff were really rude and after she scanned the stuff she would just throw it at me.This is a disgrace.
I like this place, one of the better cheaper shops around. Great for seeing what is in, bird food is very reasonable. The bedding, curtains and cushions are fabulous. Cleaning and toiletries are good. You get what you pay for, and I am usually very happy. The staff are hard working and smile when they can.
One person on the till when theres a queue, person on the till calls for assistance or another member of staff which goes unanswered. Bad management, the shop was practically empty so no reason for them not to come to the aid. Never see a manager about so can only imagine they are hiding in the office.
Guy with blue hair and space themed tattoos urgently needs customer service training and spoken to about basic manners. Never been spoken too or treated so rudely in my life. We all have off days but this guy was off the scale. I worked in retail for over a decade and would have been dismissed outright if I’d acted like he did. Massive chip on his shoulder.
Excellent service! Well done B&M on the calibre of staff in your store. Staff member (Tyson 098) went over and above to locate the item / carried it to the checkout / then asked to be called when item was purchased and carried it to my car. Will definitely be shopping in this store again.
