   Visited Holland & Barrett at Forestside today. Been suffering with bowel loops that in the past has led to me having a twisted bowel(volvulos). The pain is very overwhelming / severe. After speaking with a lady in the shop I was amazed at the wealth of knowledge and understanding the lady was able to give me. I was told by my gastroenterologist to get “Bio-Kult” to see if it would help with my pain. Lady also told me about magnesium which my doctor told me about also. Very impressed at the professionalism and knowledge of my situation.

   I visited your store in Forestside, Belfast yesterday and was served by Tom. He was professional and friendly and very knowledgeable about the products I was interested in. I would have full confidence in purchasing the right product in your store, knowing that your staff are trained to a high level, not just in product knowledge but also how to listen to customer needs, and guide them in making good choices, all done with a friendly approach.

   I have always shopped at Holland and Barrett for the great deals. Visited forestside store today for the first time and I have to say the service was excellent. I usually find the staff to be helpful but a young man called Tom went above and beyond to help me find the products I was looking for. He was extremely knowledgeable and clearly interested in finding the correct product for you and not just palming you off with the big brand names. Very person centered approach. Staff are well trained, friendly, and patient.

   I would like to give a big pat on the back to a young man, Tomas, Forrestside shop. He served me today and was so pleasant, knowledgeable, and helpful that I feel he should get some form of recognition. I must say too It's always a pleasure to shop in H & B, the staff are all so nice. This lad was exceptional. Thank you for training your staff to such a high standard. .

   The nicest Holland and Barrett I've been too and the staff are amazingly helpful and knowledgable. In particular my Grandfather had been struggling to sleep because of pains for a long time but didn't want to take sleeping tablets. A man called Charles could not have been more helpful or friendlier. He advised him to try Melissa's Dream giving us real honest feedback about it and my Grandfather slept through the whole night for the first time in years. Can't thank Charles enough.

   Disgraceful rude service received from supervisor Ashleigh when returning odourless garlic capsules which were NOT odourless. She replied telling me that it was just my opinion that they were not odourless and that she would not be taking the product back. I reported above incident to customer service over a month now, only to find very poor customer service there also. I would not recommend Holland and Barrett. Denise
