Amaizing experience with lot of kindness from all staff particularly from Louisa Gomez. Please go and visit all the staff there and enjoy the better sales.
I recently had my daughter’s ears pierced at Claire’s and purchased earrings from the store at the same time. Within just one week, the earrings broke. I went back to the store, and while the staff replaced them, the replacement pair broke the very next day. When I contacted Claire’s customer service for a refund, I was told that due to the company’s administration, they are unable to provide refunds and instead suggested I try to claim via my bank or submit an unsecured claim in their administration process. This is extremely disappointing – not only was the product faulty twice, but the company is unwilling to take responsibility for poor quality items. I would not recommend Claire’s for piercings or jewelry, as both the product quality and aftercare are unacceptable.
The party was not what expected. It has massively dropped in standard from 2017. The pamper party WAS NOT A NICE PAMPERING SESSION. The staff took 40 minutes (we only had 1 hour) going through the items the children wanted to purchase and was adamant that we have to spend before we can do the pamper session (All to make us SPEND OR NO ENJOYMENT, ABSOLUTE CUNNING!) Horrible for the CHILDREN DID NOT GET TO PLAY ANY GAMES AS ADVERTISED AND SAID FROM MANAGEMENT AND WORKERS, ALL A LIE!!! You have to use the £20 voucher per child. That is difficult if you are not willing to spend over because the items are pricey and it is either below or above £20 and RATHER THAN LET WHOEVER HAVE A LITTLE LESS MOVE ON AND THE REMAINDER GO TO SOMEONE WHO IS SLIGHTLY OVER THE STAFF ARE VERY RIGID AND WASTED OUR PARTY TIME. Then they call out the register, which is a list of the children names you give them when you pay your deposit. So be sure to phone them and update them on any changes because staff in Bromley did not move on until the children answered their name. Horrible experience especially when one of the children had been deceased 3 weeks prior and I was saying to them that she is deceased, but they did not understand and kept calling her name and that made her younger sister sad, who walked away and me cry. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE ALL ROUND, NEVER AGAIN WILL I PAY FOR ANOTHER PARTY AT CLAIRE'S!!! The staff were rigid, and when one went to start the pampering (NAIL PAINTING AND EYE SHADOW). The peel of nail polish came of the moment it dried, so the children peeled the remainder and complained to their parents, so embarrassing. Overall, it is NOT A PLACE TO HAVE YOUR CHILD/REN'S PARTY. The staff do not do anything until you spend!

Excellent my daughter had her ears piercing done and I couldn't fault the 2 members of staff involved. They were lovely.
Expensive, but it's a lovely well stocked shop and the staff are all very lovely. There is one lady in particular, I don't know her name but she's a bit older than the others and she's always working, she's super lovely!
I took my daughter to get her ears pierced here and it was amazing! She was very nervous and the staff were very kind. Because she was so nervous they switched her spot to a bit later. When we when back in they cleaned her ears and put the dots on very neatly. They tricked her so she wouldn’t be worried before. They said they were measuring her ears but instead they pierced them. They gave us lotion and instructions to use for three weeks. Excellent selection of jewellery to choose from. Only down side is the prices. So expensive! Good service. Will definitely come here again.
Absolutely unprofessional staff. Charged me £1.00 extra for something that was clearly labelled £5.00. Was in a rush so didn't argue with member of staff. Will NEVER shop in that store again. I want my account credited with my £1.00!!!
