On 25/11/2025 around 3:00 PM, I visited Gordons Chemist in Belfast Cornmarket seeking an urgent repeat prescription and an asthma inhaler. I was profoundly disappointed by the Pharmacy Manager, Conor. His attitude was uncaring and transactional, showing no concern for my situation. When an administrative issue prevented the medication refill, he bluntly made it clear that I needed to contact my GP and offered no assistance. He then charged an unexpected and unannounced £42 for the inhaler. When I expressed that I couldn't afford the amount, he simply shrugged, took the item back, and walked away without offering any solution or further support. The lack of basic empathy and customer service was shocking and highly unprofessional, leaving me distressed and worried.

I went to Boot's Chemist on 30/9/2016 to get some photos printed from my iphone. They were unable to do so due to issues with Apple updates. Thankfully I decided to try Gordon's as it was 100% successful. Despite some early setbacks a young lady called Claire (I mean a lady) persevered until all my prints came out .I cannot praise her patience and knowledge enough in what was an arduous task. Well done to her.
