    Got told by Forestside to go to Castlecourt or Boucher for threading - waste of time and fuel as they don’t offer it until Wed-Sat! Really poor service. Forestside don’t know who does what when. How about letting customers know via email when you change things? How about alternating locations and places? The paltry ‘sorry’ about that is just a word with no meaning.

    I came over to get my eyebrows tinted and threaded. When I got there they were closed, only working Wednesday to Saturday! I spoke to a girl and she advised me to come back the next day, which I did. I asked the guy at the counter for eyebrows, he told me I needed a patch test the day before. I'm no expert on eyebrows but surely this information should of been told to me on my first visit! I've now wasted 2 lunch time breaks due to lack of information from your staff. Really not happy and will definitely not be back. Maybe if all the staff weren't gathered around the brow bar they would be able to tell relevant information to future paying customers
